In observance of the Project W.A.T.C.H. (We Advocate Time Consciousness and Honesty), the Zamboanga del Norte National High School (ZNNHS) Main campus conducted its 3rd Monthly Recognition for teachers, non-teaching personnel and students with perfect attendance and outstanding contributions to the school and to the community. This program was held after the flag-raising ceremony on Monday, September 09, 2019 at ZNNHS-Main campus quadrangle.
Monthly recognition has been practiced since June 2019 to increase awareness among the teaching and non-teaching personnel as well as the students of the school’s advocacy for time consciousness and honesty. Thus, ZNNHS-Main-campus employees who acquired 100% attendance for the month of August were awarded Perfect Attendance. Likewise, students received certificates of recognition and camp badges they earned from their participation during the simultaneous 2019 Girl Scout and Boy Scout Division-Wide Camp. As to the perfect attendance award for students, it will be given to them at the end of the second quarter.
Modeling the practice of punctuality and honesty and making it a habit would mean a great development to one’s virtue of respect to oneself and to another’s time. Being one of the W.A.T.C.H. implementers, the institution hopes to achieve and benefit from this development which is the ultimate goal of Project W.A.T.C.H.
